Resumen
Esta investigación se realizó en el Cardiocentro “Ernesto Guevara” de la ciudad de Santa Clara, Villa Clara. Tiene como propósito realizar un Análisis de Fiabilidad Humana en el proceso de cirugía de la propia institución, en vísperas de mejorar la fiabilidad operacional del proceso a partir de la identificación y control de los riesgos a que puedan estar asociados. Para el logro de este objetivo, se realizó un diagnóstico de la situación actual del proceso de cirugía en la entidad objeto de estudio. Entre las principales técnicas y métodos utilizados en la investigación se encuentra la entrevista, el trabajo en equipo, el procedimiento propuesto en la literatura de Escoriza Martínez (2010) que posibilita determinar y evaluar los fallos, mediante un Análisis Modal de Fallos y Efectos (AMFE), además de del Análisis de Fiabilidad Humana (HRA) propuesto por Pons Murguía (2013). Con estas herramientas se obtuvo como resultado que la totalidad de los modos de fallos identificados en cada una de las actividades constituyen riesgos de prioridad alta que deben ser controlados para evitar que afecte la fiabilidad del proceso, al tratarse de vidas humanas.
This investigation was carried out in the Cardiocentro "Ernesto Guevara" of Santa Clara's city, Villa Clara. He/she has as purpose to carry out an Analysis of Human Reliability in the process of surgery of the own institution, in eves of improving the operational reliability of the process starting from the identification and control of the risks to that you/they can be associate. For the achievement of this objective, he/she was carried out a diagnosis of the current situation of the surgery process in the entity study object. Among the main ones technical and methods used in the investigation are the interview, the work in team, the procedure proposed in the literature of Escoriza Martínez (2010) that facilitates to determine and to evaluate the shortcomings, by means of a Modal Analysis of Shortcomings and Effects (AMFE), besides of the Analysis of Human Reliability (HRA) proposed by Pons Murguía (2013). With these tools it was obtained as a result that the entirety in the ways of identified shortcomings in each one of the activities constitutes risks of high priority that should be controlled to avoid that it affects the reliability of the process, when being human lives.
