Resumen
En el presente trabajo se aborda el tema de las transmisiones mecánicas y en
específico los reductores de velocidad. En ese sentido se realiza un estudio sobre los
antecedentes y la evolución de las transmisiones y de los diferentes tipos de reductores
que existen, atendiendo a sus formas constructivas, particularidades del diseño de los
principales componentes y las características de los más importantes fabricantes en la
actualidad. En base a lo anterior se propone un procedimiento para el diseño de
reductores cilíndricos de engranajes helicoidales de un paso, donde se integran los
conocimientos y experiencias reportadas en la literatura especializada. A partir de dicho
procedimiento y de los parámetros geométricos, cinemáticos y dinámicos necesarios se
realizó el diseño paramétrico de un reductor cilíndrico de un paso aplicando las técnicas
CAD, con el empleo del software SolidWorks 2018. Con las herramientas de este
programa se modelaron los componentes integrantes del reductor, incluyendo el
ensamble y se seleccionaron los elementos normalizados, garantizando rapidez y
precisión en el diseño. Además, como validación de los resultados, se realizó la
simulación del movimiento del reductor, comprobándose la no interferencia entre los
elementos y la funcionalidad del diseño. Por último se proporciona el plano de
ensamble y los planos de las piezas y toda la documentación técnica imprescindible
para la construcción del reductor de velocidad.
In the present work the topic of mechanical transmissions and specific speed reducers is addressed. In this sense a study is made on the antecedents and the evolution of the transmissions and of the types of reducers that exist, attending to their constructive forms, particularities of the design of the main components and the characteristics of the most important manufacturers at present. Based on the above, a procedure is proposed for the design of one-step cylindrical helical gear reducers, where the knowledge and experiences reported in the specialized literature are integrated. From this procedure and the necessary geometrical, kinematic and dynamic parameters, the parametric design of a one-step cylindrical reducer was applied using CAD techniques, using the SolidWorks 2018 software. With the tools of this program, the components were modeled components of the reducer, including the assembly and the standard elements, guaranteeing the design and the precision in the design. In addition, as the validation of the results, the simulation of the movement of the reducer was made, checking the non-interference between the elements and the functionality of the design. Finally, the assembly plan and the drawings of the parts and all the necessary documentation for the construction of the speed reducer are provided.
