Resumen
La presente investigación está orientada a diseñar una propuesta de tareas
docentes desde la asignatura de Química dirigidas a la formación laboral e
investigativa de los estudiantes de 8vo grado de la ESBU José Martí del municipio
de Santa Clara. La muestra quedó conformada por 30 estudiantes de 8vo grado.
Para el diagnóstico inicial se aplicaron métodos y técnicas tales como: la entrevista,
la encuesta, la revisión de documentos, los que permiten asumir posiciones respecto
al tema investigado y valorar la importancia del desarrollo de las tareas docentes
para potenciar la formación laboral e investigativa de los estudiantes de 8vo grado,
así como determinar las necesidades. Además se utilizaron métodos del nivel
teórico, procedimientos matemáticos y de estadística descriptiva.Se realizó la
valoración de la propuesta de las tareas docentes, la cual fue sometida al criterio de
evaluadores externos. A partir de los resultados obtenidos en el diagnóstico inicial y
teniendo en cuenta las carencias detectadas, se realiza el diseño de las tareas
docentes. La propuesta se perfila sobre la base de cumplir las tareas científicas que
se proyectaron, desde el estudio de los preceptos teóricos-metodológicos hasta la
recopilación de sus resultados fortaleciendo la formación laboral e investigativa de
los estudiantes de 8vo grado. La puesta en práctica de las tareas docentes tiene una
incidencia positiva en los resultados de los estudiantes de 8vo grado de la ESBU
José Martí del municipio de Santa Clara.
The present investigation is oriented to design a proposal of instructive tasks from the subject of study of Chemistry directed to the labor and investigating formation of the students of 8th degree of the ESBU José Martí of the Santa Clara city. The sample got shaped by 30 students of 8th degree and the population for 90 students of this center. For the beginning diagnosis, it applied methods and procedures themselves such as: The interview, the opinion poll, the revision of documents, the ones that they allow assuming positions in relation to the investigated subject and valuing the importance of the development of the instructive tasks to potentiate the labor and investigating formation of the students of 8th degree, as well as determining needs. Besides methods of the theoretic level and mathematical and descriptive statistics procedures were used. The assessment of the proposal of the instructive tasks was accomplished, which was subjected to external reviewers' opinion. From the results obtained in the initial diagnosis and taking into account the detected scarcities, the designing of the instructive tasks is carried on. The proposal profiles on basis of fulfilling the scientific tasks that projected, from the study of the theoretic precepts to the compilation of its results strengthening the labor and investigating formation of the students of 8th degree. The application of the instructive tasks has a positive incidence in the results of the students of 8th degree of the ESBU José Martí of the Santa Clara city.
