Resumen
La necesidad de contribuir al logro de prácticas educativas inclusivas en el
sistema educativo de la RASD para responder a las perspectivas actuales de la
Educación a nivel mundial, constituyó el punto de partida para la realización de
la investigación, cuyo objetivo es la propuesta de un sistema de acciones de
sensibilización y preparación acerca de la inclusión educativa a directivos,
docentes y otros profesionales. Se utilizaron métodos del nivel teórico tales
como: el histórico- lógico, el analítico – sintético y la modelación; del nivel
empírico: la entrevista y el análisis de documentos. La aplicación de los métodos
permitió determinar las necesidades acerca de la inclusión educativa en el
contexto educativo saharaui y elaborar la propuesta que consiste en un sistema
de acciones que cuenta con cuatro subsistemas estrechamente relacionados,
dirigido a la sensibilización y preparación de directivos y docentes del sistema
educativo de la RASD, para lograr que estos desarrollen prácticas educativas
inclusivas con los escolares con necesidades educativas especiales. Para
valorar la pertinencia y calidad de la propuesta se utilizó el criterio de
especialistas, quienes destacaron la pertinencia y nivel de aplicabilidad del
sistema de acciones.
The need of contributing to the achievement of inclusive educative practices in the Arab Democratic Saharui Republic (ADSR) educative system to answer to the current perspectives of worldwide education, constituted the starting point of the investigation, whose objective is the proposal of an action system of sensibilization and preparation of the principals and other profesional about educative inclusion. Theoretical level methods were used, like historical-logical, analitical-synthetic and modelation; of the empirical level: interview and documents´ analysis. The application of these methods allowed to determine the needs of the educative inclusion on the saharaui context and elaborate a proposal that consists in an action system with for closely related subsystems; aimed at the sensibilization and preparation of principals and scholars of the ADSR educative system, to achieve that they can develop inclusive educative practices with the students with special educative needs. To value the pertinence and quality of the proposal the specialists criteria were used, who higlighted the pertinence and level of aplicability of the action system.
