Correct inventory management has a revealing importance for the proper functioning of organizations. However, many of these institutions do not have well-established methods or techniques to optimize this activity. An example of this is the UEB MONCAR Center belonging to Villa Clara. That is why, the present research is carried out in said UEB, with the objective of designing a joint replenishment inventory management system, which achieves adequate levels of availability, as well as opportunity, at the lowest possible cost. To fulfill this objective, we began with a chapter I, which supports the research, where a thorough bibliographic review is carried out on concepts, techniques and indicators related to inventory management. Then Chapter II is drawn up, where the entity under study and its current situation are characterized, detecting the main problems that affect the management of their inventories. The classification of the inputs of the entity is done by ABC / XYZ criterion, where the parts to be applied are defined (Isuzu diesel engine, mast of elevation and solid tire 28x9-15), the costs are found and the joint replenishment system. Monte Carlo simulation was then done to define security stock and level of customer service. Finally, the performance of the current inventory management of the company was evaluated, where it was possible to corroborate the superiority of the inventory system designed with respect to the current inventory management, being less expensive, with a greater inventory rotation and level of customer service.
