Fundamentación teoríca de la reconversión del tractor YTO 1604 a pala frontal

Resumen
El trabajo se realizó en colaboración con el Grupo Empresarial AZCUBA de la provincia de Cienfuegos y su objetivo fue fundamentar teóricamente la factibilidad de poder modificar al tractor YTO 1604 para convertirlo en un equipo de empuje frontal destinado al arreglo de caminos y construcción de plataformas para el estacionamiento y carga de los rodotrenes. Para dar cumplimiento al objetivo propuesto, se elaboraron las metodologías correspondientes a la determinación de la estabilidad longitudinal y transversal del equipo sin modificar y modificado, centro de gravedad, probabilidad de vuelco lateral y longitudinal en una pendiente de aproximadamente 20º, así como para el análisis de equilibrio dinámico (peso adherente) y cálculo de su productividad una vez modificado. Los resultados obtenidos permitieron demostrar la factibilidad total de la modificación desde el punto de vista teórico.
The work was carried out in collaboration with the AZCUBA Business Group of the province of Cienfuegos and its objective was to theoretically substantiate the feasibility of modifying the YTO 1604 tractor to convert it into a frontal push equipment for the repair of roads and construction of platforms for the parking and loading of the wheel locks. In order to comply with the proposed objective, the methodologies corresponding to the determination of the longitudinal and transverse stability of the unmodified and modified equipment, center of gravity, probability of lateral and longitudinal tipping on a slope of approximately 20º, as well as for the analysis were elaborated of dynamic equilibrium (adhesive weight) and calculation of its productivity once modified. The results obtained allowed to demonstrate the total feasibility of the modification from the theoretical point of view.
