Resumen
La presente investigación se desarrolla a partir de la problemática actual que presenta la comunicación oral en en los funcionarios del Comité municipal de la UJC de Camajuaní. Las dificultades encontradas en este proceso quedan expuestas en el cuerpo del informe que, según los datos aportados por los diferentes métodos utilizados para el diagnóstico de la realidad, es evidente la necesidad de una solución desde la didáctica.
Con el título La comunicación oral en los funcionarios del Comité municipal de la UJC, de Camajuaní; la autora desarrolla el proceso investigativo con el objetivo de proponer un Sistema de actividades para contribuir al mejoramiento de la comunicación oral en los funcionarios del Comité municipal de la UJC de Camajuaní. Para la realización de la investigación y su desarrollo se seleccionan métodos de los niveles teórico, empírico y matemático-estadístico; partiendo de las exigencias del enfoque dialéctico-materialista.
La novedad científica radica en que se ofrece un sistema de actividades que permite contribuir al mejoramiento de la comunicación oral en los funcionarios de la UJC de Camajuaní, que contiene dos subsistemas: el primero con actividades que responden a la comunicación oral entre funcionarios en el contexto laboral y el segundo con actividades que responden a la comunicación oral que establecen los funcionarios con el universo juvenil. Están diseñadas para su solución mediante la técnica de simulación, y con situaciones comunicativas referentes a la conversación o intercambio, la exposición y el debate.
The present investigation is developed from the current problem presented by the oral communication in the officials of the Municipal Committee of the UJC of Camajuaní. The difficulties found in this process are exposed in the body of the report that, according to the data provided by the different methods used for the diagnosis of reality, it is evident the need for a solution from the didactic. IV With the title The oral communication in the officials of the municipal Committee of the UJC, of Camajuaní; the author develops the investigative process with the aim of proposing a System of activities to contribute to the improvement of oral communication in the officials of the Municipal Committee of the UJC of Camajuaní. To carry out the research and its development, methods of the theoretical, empirical and mathematical-statistical levels are selected; starting from the demands of the dialectical-materialist approach. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that a system of activities is offered that contributes to the improvement of oral communication in the officials of the UJC of Camajuaní, which contains two subsystems: the first with activities that respond to oral communication among officials in the context labor and the second with activities that respond to the oral communication established by officials with the youth universe. They are designed for their solution through the simulation technique, and with communicative situations related to conversation or exchange, exposure and debate.
