The coagulation process, flocculation, is a very useful method to separate very thins particles of colloidal nature that presents a great stability in the water. In the other hand, the efficient operational parameters in this process request to be established in a experimental form. In this work you can see the simulation of the coagulation process, flocculation of residual liquids from the biological degradation phase of the Residual Treatment Plant of the “Desembarco del Granma” Textile Enterprise in Villa Clara with the objective of evaluate the residual substitution that actually is used in the “Operation and Unitarian Process IV” signature practical class (OPU-IV) that is imparted in the Third Grade of the career Chemistry Engineering In Environmental Sanity, by it’s unfits characteristics. The simulation is realized through “jar test” method, support by a statistical analysis applying Excel and Statgraphic Software included in Microsoft Office pack. The acquire results shows the practicality of the use of the proposed residual, as well as the operational optimum conditions who correspond with the use of the alumina with a value of pH= 7 and 40 mg/l doses.
