Resumen
La investigación se realizó en empresas pertenecientes al comercio minorista de la
provincia de Villa Clara, con el objetivo general de mejorar el modelo de gestión del
conocimiento existente en dicho sector. Se realizaron entrevistas a especialistas para
medir el nivel de importancia y utilización de los conocimientos dentro de las
empresas del comercio minorista de bienes en Villa Clara, se entrevistaron a clientes
especializados con el objetivo de medir la importancia y el porciento en que los
procesos claves que desarrollan estas empresa satisfacen sus expectativas y se
entrevistó a directivos acerca de los conceptos de eficiencia y eficacia. Para la
validación del modelo, se calculó la cantidad de expertos, que fueron escogidos por
su experiencia en el sector y por su relación con la gestión del conocimiento y se
utilizó el Índice de Consenso de Expertos para estimar la adecuación del modelo. La
investigación es de gran utilidad para las empresas del comercio minorista de bienes
en Villa Clara, pues ha tenido como resultado el diseño de un modelo de gestión del
conocimiento que servirá como guía para la creación y uso de conocimiento dentro
de estas empresas.
The present thesis was carried out in enterprises belonging to the retail market of Villa Clara. The general objective of this work is to improve the model of knowledge management used in this sector currently. Several surveys to specialist were done looking to measure the levels of importance and utilization given to the knowledge within the enterprises. The level of satisfaction was also studied through interviews with specialized customers. Additionally the concepts of efficacy and efficiency were discussed with directives of the enterprises. A statistically significative amount of experts were used in the validation and the Index of Expert Consensus was applied to estimate the model fitness. The present research has huge impact in the enterprises of the retrial market of goods in Villa Clara due to its results provide a novel model of knowledge management useful as guide to develop and use the knowledge within the enterprises.
