Resumen
El ALBA se fundamenta en la creación de mecanismos para crear ventajas complementarias y no competitivas entre las naciones, que permitan compensar las asimetrías existentes entre los países del hemisferio. Instrumenta y desarrolla proyectos para el uso eficiente y compartido de los recursos naturales y humanos; como motor impulsor del desarrollo y de la integración de los pueblos de América Latina y el Caribe. La necesidad de profundizar en las raíces de estas ventajas desde su base teórico-metodológica supone entonces la plataforma de la integración de tipo ALBA y sus proyectos, así como implementar un procedimiento que arroje a la luz las verdaderas debilidades, amenazas, fortalezas y oportunidades que permitirá trazar estrategias de desarrollo para la región en el futuro.
The ALBA is based in the creation of mechanisms to create complementary and not competitive advantages among the nations that allow to compensate the existent asymmetries among the countries of the hemisphere. It orchestrates and it develops projects for the efficient and shared use of the natural and human resources; as impeller motor of the development and of the integration of the towns of Latin America and the Caribbean. The necessity to deepen in the roots of these advantages from its theoretical-methodological base supposes the platform of the integration of type ALBA and its projects then, as well as to implement a procedure that throws to the light the true weaknesses, threats, strengths and opportunities that it will allow to trace development strategies for the region in the future.
