El presente trabajo ha tenido como objetivo r
ealizar un estudio sobre las Relaciones
Públicas en el Hotel Meliá Varadero y en es
pecial analizar el
procedimiento que se
utiliza para dicha función.
Se hicieron entrevistas no estructuradas a relacionistas públicos, directivos y
trabajadores de otras áreas con el
fin de investigar si el
hotel ha utilizado hasta el
momento las relaciones públicas
solo en dirección de los client
es, o si también lo utiliza
hacia trabajadores y diferentes
proveedores que tiene este, o
sea, tanto a los públicos
internos como a los externos, ya que es
necesaria su utilización bidireccional.
Dicha entidad posee relaciones públicas
que tienen especial relación con las
características propias de la misma.
The present work has had as objective to carry out a study on t he Public Relations in the Hotel Meliá Varadero and especially to analyze t he procedure that is used for this function. Interviews were not made structured public relacionists, directive and workers of other areas with the purpose of investigating if th e hotel has used until the moment the alone public relations in the client s' expectatives, or if it also uses it toward workers and different suppliers that it has this, that is to say, so much to the internal publics as to the external ones , since it is necessary its bidirectional use. This entity possesses public relations that have special relationships with the characteristic of the same one.
