Resumen
El Sistema Nacional de Educación cubano enfrascado en las transformaciones de
la Secundaria Básica toma en consideración la Educación Ambiental de los
alumnoscon la finalidad de incidir en una formación orientada a la conservación y
respeto por el medio ambiente, por lo que resulta inminente dotarlos de
conocimientos medioambientales que redunden en actitudes responsables y que
impliquen la participación individual y colectiva tanto en el contexto escolar como
comunitario. El trabajo aborda una problemática en la Secundaria Básica “13 de
Marzo” del Municipio de Placetas, la poca preparación de los alumnosen temas de
Educación Ambiental. Sobre esta base se proponenactividades para fortalecer la
Educación Ambiental de los mismos. Los métodos científicos utilizados: del nivel
teórico, empíricos y matemáticos -estadísticos, permitieron la interpretación de los
datos. Su novedad científica radica en lo novedoso de sus actividades con vista a
desarrollar habilidades, valores y actitudes responsables en nuestros alumnos.
The National Cuban Education System interested in the transformations of the Secondary Schools, takes into consideration. The Environmental Education of the students with the purpose to have an effect in a formation mainly guided to keep and respect the environment so that it is very important to endow environmental knowledge’s for them to have responsible attitudes that implicate the individual and collective participation in the student’s context as well as in the community. The work is about some problems in the Secondary School “13 de Marzo” in Placetas municipality, the little preparation of the pupils in relation with these themes. Based on this, some activities are proposed to strengthen their environmental education. The scientific methods uses are: on the theorical level; empirics and statistics-mathematical, which permitted the interpretation of data. Its scientific new thing consists on the importance of the activities to develop abilities, values and responsible attitudes in our students.
