Resumen
La presente investigación titulada: ¨Utilización de tecnologías de avanzada para la
rehabilitación del Centro Histórico Urbano de Cienfuegos¨, surge ante la necesidad
de contar con una guía que contenga la utilización de tecnologías de avanzada
para la rehabilitación del Centro Histórico de la Ciudad de Cienfuegos y
recomendaciones para su uso futuro.
En esta investigación se definen los términos y conceptos relacionados con el
tema de la rehabilitación arquitectónica. Se estudian las características
constructivas y definiciones tipológicas del Centro Histórico Urbano de Cienfuegos.
Se estudian las técnicas y materiales de construcción que han sido empleados en
el Centro Histórico de Cienfuegos, así como las patologías más frecuentes
encontradas en cada componente constructivo de las edificaciones.
En este trabajo se estudian las tecnologías de avanzada que se pueden utilizar en
la rehabilitación del Centro Histórico de Cienfuegos y su forma de uso.
El principal resultado de esta investigación es que por primera vez se podrá
disponer de un documento que relacione el uso y comportamiento de las
tecnologías de avanzada (Revimca, Sika, Cover y Resigum) para la rehabilitación
del Centro Histórico de Cienfuegos, así como recomendaciones para su uso
futuro
This investigation entlitled: The Technologies Utilization of Advance for the Rehabilitation of the Historic Urban Center of Cienfuegos, it rises in front of the need to consider with a guide that contain the technologies utilization of advance for the rehabilitation of the Historic Center of the city of Cienfuegos and the recommmendations for his future use. In this investigation they define the terms and related concepts with the theme of architectonic rehabilitation.It study the constructive characteristics and tipological definitions of the Historic Urban Center of Cienfuegos. It study the techniques and construction materials that have been used in the Historic Center of Cienfuegos thus as the more pathologies frequent found in each constructive component of the edifications. In this work they determine the advance technologies that can utilize inthe rehabilitation of the Historic Center of Cienfuegos and formulate recommendations for his use.
