Resumen
En el presente trabajo se aborda el estudio de la caracterización del material del pasador del pivote de la dirección del ómnibus YUTONG y se propone la tecnología de fabricación por maquinado con Tratamiento Térmico, en colaboración con el Centro de Investigación de Soldadura (CIS) de la Universidad Central “Marta Abreu de Las Villas” para establecer criterios acerca de posibles reemplazos del material de esta pieza. De esta manera se logra disminuir las importaciones al país, aumentar la vida útil de los ómnibus y favorecer el transporte público a lo largo y ancho de nuestra isla.
Se realiza la caracterización química de la referida pieza mediante Espectrometría de Emisión Atómica (EEA) y la caracterización microestructural mediante análisis metalográfico óptico y medición de dureza Vickers.
Presently work is approached the study of the characterization of the material of the pin of the pivot of the address of the bus YUTONG and he/she intends the technology of production had schemed with Thermal Treatment, in collaboration with the Center of Investigation of Welding (CIS) of the Central University "Marta Abreu" of The Villas to establish approaches about possible substitutions of the material of this piece. This way it is possible to diminish the imports to the country, to increase the lifespan of the bus and to favor the public transportation to the long and wide of our island. He/she is carried out the chemical characterization of the mediating referred piece.
