Resumen
En este trabajo se realiza un estudio acerca de las técnicas de diagnóstico y fallas que se emplean en Grupos Electrógenos de la Generación Distribuida en Villa Clara. En su primer capítulo se realiza una investigación acerca de las Centrales Eléctricas de fuel oil instaladas en Cuba, se describe el motor Hyundai HIMSEI, y se actualiza el estado del arte entorno a los sistemas de mantenimientos, el proceso de combustión, el fenómeno de vibraciones, entre otras cosas. El capítulo dos está dedicado a las técnicas de diagnóstico que se emplean en los grupos electrógenos, enfatizando en las mediciones que realiza la EMGEF y la Generación Distribuida, se describen dos equipos de diagnóstico el TEMPEST 100 y VIVROTIP, con los datos obtenidos de mediciones realizadas con los mismos se
efectúa un análisis estadístico obteniéndose valores permisibles, los cuales se comprueban y son aceptados. El capítulo tres aborda las fallas ocurridas en los motores de la Generación Distribuida en el período del año 2012 hasta el mes de abril del 2013, determinando que los equipos o partes que más fallas presentan son la culata, el múltiple de escape, el gobernador, la camisa, etc., se realiza un análisis de confiabilidad de estos equipos en las centrales Santa Clara 110 y Santa Clara Industrial, y por último se utiliza el sistema de control y seguimiento de fallas el estudio de un número de fallas asignadas.
In this work he is carried out a study about the diagnosis techniques and flaws that are used in Groups of the Distributed Generation in Villa Clara. In their first chapter he is carried out an investigation about the Electric Power stations of fuel oil installed in Cuba, the motor Hyundai HIMSEI is described, and the state is upgraded from the art environment to the systems of maintenances, the combustion process, the phenomenon of vibrations, among other things. The chapter two are dedicated to the diagnosis techniques that are used in the groups, emphasizing in the mensurations that he carries out EMGEF and the Distributed Generation, two diagnosis teams TEMPEST 100 and VIVROTIP they are described, with the obtained data of mensurations carried out with the same ones a statistical analysis it is made obtaining you permissible values, which are proven and they are accepted. The chapter three approach the flaws happened in the motors of the Distributed Generation in the period of the year 2012 until the month of April of the 2013, determining that the teams or parts that more flaws present are the breech, the multiple of escape, the governor, the shirt, etc., he/she is carried out an analysis of dependability of these teams in the power stations Santa Clara 110 and Santa Industrial Clara, and lastly it is used the control system and pursuit of flaws the study of a number of assigned flaws.
