Resumen

In this work its modeled and its implements an intelligent fuzzy system for the evaluation of the technological risk in a given area. The necessity to use a fuzzy model comes given by the presence of uncertainty, imprecision or subjectivity in the parameters that determine the index of technological risk, which are: Impact Coefficient Aggravation, Physical Vulnerability and Frequency. With the tool Xfuzzy 3.0, it was defined the linguistic terms that characterize the different variables using membership functions of type sigma and bells. It was developed six Inference Fuzzy Systems of type Mamdani to determine the parameters that determine the index of technological risk with the corresponding adjustments in the defuzzification process. Subsequently, a graphic interface was implemented in Java for the user's bigger comfort, being carried out the corresponding validations. This system constitutes a module of SEVAT (System for the evaluation of the territorial vulnerability before technological serious accidents) which has already been incorporate for the tests of corresponding field. The addition of this module will facilitate the evaluation of the technological risk and the decisions taking to mitigate it, procedure previously tried manually and subject to the imprecisions levels and subjectivity that it implied the handling of these factors.
