The quick processes of globalization of neoliberal character that one comes taking place in the contemporaneous; they are also generating bigger increase of the contradictions and asymmetries between countries and whole regions of the world. In direct bond with the above-mentioned, it can be observed like they are gestating, with more force and velocity that before, regionally processes and integration that spread to surpass the traditional mechanisms of economic-commercial cooperation. The Latin-Caribbean region, is one of those of more dynamism in this sense, specially marked for the project ALBA that constitutes a new form of to approach and to practice the integration, as long as the cooperation relationships are ported of a high and growing collaborative component that embraces the economic thing, the social thing, the cultural thing, the environmental thing and the political thing. One of the ALBA more interesting and more novel tendencies, is the moving constructive of productive platforms and of services in several spheres or socioeconomic sectors where he/she is integrated, in a transnational way, the natural, human, scientific-technological and productive patrimony of several countries of the region, with the main goal of putting them in function of the true interests and necessities of our towns. If we see it in perspectives, it is possible that it is considered the possibility of formation of Integrated Latin-Caribbean Transnational Companies, what represents a true alternative for the development of the region, keeping in mind the capacity of complementation of our economies and productive systems, besides the important scientific-technological development reached by the ALBA countries members, like it is the case of Cuba. For that reason the present work has as central objective, to show the characteristics and perspectives of these organizational projects of production and services that you grieve begins to be built in the region, like part of the ALBA.
