Resumen
El presente Trabajo de Diploma titulado” El empleo de técnicas cuantitativas en la gestión de Recursos Humanos” constituye un material bibliográfico que da continuidad a otros realizados sobre el empleo de métodos cuantitativos en la gestión empresarial, particularmente, en los subsistemas financiero y de comercialización. A partir de la recopilación de varios casos prácticos se demuestra la utilidad del empleo de análisis cuantitativo en actividades propias de la gestión de Recursos Humanos. Este documento investigativo constituye un material complementario para los estudiantes que reciben las asignaturas Investigación de operaciones y Gestión de Recursos Humanos, además de constituir un punto de partida para desarrollar otros problemas vinculados a este subsistema de la empresa que cada día adquiere mayor importancia, al convertirse el hombre en uno de los recursos más importantes de la actividad empresarial moderna.

Starting from the summary of several case studies the utility of the employment of quantitative analysis is demonstrated in activities characteristic of the management of Human resources. This investigative document constitutes a complementary material for the students that receive the subjects Investigation of operations and Management of Human resources, besides constituting a starting point to develop other problems linked to this subsystem of the company that every day acquires bigger importance, when transforming the man into one of the most important resources in the managerial modern activity.
