With the completion of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of alternatives that promote the use of water and energy in the process of obtaining alcohol in the company of the municipality Heriberto Duquesne Remedios, Villa Clara. Were performed energy and mass balances to determine the water consumption in alcohol production and thus propose channels for saving and proper distribution of the same, using for this the Excel, were also applied to integration tools identifying a better distribution of energy and thereby promote the reduction of costs. Energy integration software was used ASPEN PLUS 11.1, which was performed modeling and simulation of the stages of dilution, pre-fermentation, fermentation and distillation of the alcohol production process B and superfine technician also evaluated alternative exchange heat between warm and cold currents with ASPEN PINCH. We performed the economic evaluation of the process by considering the alternatives studied to determine the technical feasibility and cost-saving water, energy and raw materials. In addition we calculated the economic indicators of profitability in this way know the feasibility of integration.
