Resumen
Fue desarrollada una técnica espectrofotométrica en la región VIS para la determinación
de nitrometano en residuales de La Planta de Producción del Centro de Bioactivos
Químicos. La misma se basa en la formación de un compuesto coloreado al reaccionar
el nitrometano con la sal sódica del ácido 1,2-naftoquinona-4-sulfónico (reactivo de
Folin). Se determinaron las condiciones de trabajo tales como la longitud de onda, los
reactivos a emplear y sus cantidades. Además se determinaron los siguientes parámetros
analíticos que caracterizan la técnica: precisión, exactitud, linealidad y especificidad. En
relación a este último parámetro se estudió la influencia de la piridina, disulfuro de
carbono, G-0, G-1, ion bromuro, isobutilamina, ácido acético, ion hipoclorito y furfural.
Se comprobó que los mismos no influyen significativamente en la absorbancia excepto
el hipoclorito. Finalmente la técnica fue aplicada a la determinación de nitrometano en
residuales del taller de G-0 tales como: licor de G-0 (PIC) y etanol de la purificación de
G-0, así como al residual de salida, formado por diferentes corrientes residuales de la
planta ya tratados.
It was developed VIS spectrophotometric technique for the determination of nitromethane in waster water of the Plant of Production of the Bioactive Chemical Center. The same one is based on the formation of a coloured compound when reacting the nitromethane with the 1,2-naftoquinona-4-sulfonic acid reagent (Reactive of Folin). It was determined the conditions of work, such as the wavelength, the reagent to use and its amounts. In addition analytical parameters were determined that they characterize the technique such as: precision, accuracy, linearity and specificity. In relation to this last parameter the piridina influence was studied as some as with, carbon disulphide, G-0, G-1, bromide, isobutylamine, acetic acid and furfural. It was verified that those reactives do not influence significantly in the absorbancia. Finally the technique was applied to the determination of nitromethane in waste water of the factory of G-0 such as: liquor (PIC) the G-0, ethanol of G-0 purification, as well as to the last waster water that it be, formed by different waster currents of the Plant that it was treated.
