Resumen
El problema de la comunicación organizacional, desde sus diversas y polémicas aristas, es una de las temáticas recurrentes en los estudios y diagnósticos relacionados con las prácticas administrativas cubanas; siempre desde un análisis del fenómeno que promue ven un sistema social donde el hombre es el factor fundamental (Vega, 2013) la presente investigación presenta un abordaje de este
tema desde el punto de vista de la relación de una entidad educativa (la secundaria básica) con uno de sus públicos objetivo s fundamentales (la familia). En este sentido se plantea la definición de una estrategia de comunicación externa que pueda tratar la relación Familia - Escuela con la importancia que para el centro educativo esto representa. Para ello se aborda teóricamente la comunicación
externa y las especificidades de su gestión y desarrollo; así como la necesidad de potenciar esta gestión; se realiza un diagnóstico en la entidad educativa objeto de estudio práctico y se presenta la estrategia y su valoración por e specialistas.
The problem in the organized communication, from its polemic and some points of view, is one of the most frequent topics in the studies and diagnostics related to the administrative Cuban practices starting first, when analyzing the phenomenon that promote a social system where the man plays the most important role. This investigation shows about this topic from a point since the relationship between an educative center (the secondary school) and one of its main public objectives, the family. It also said t he definition of on external communication strategy that can treat the relationship between Family - School taking into consideration the importance it has for educative centers. To get the objectives, the theoretical external communication; the specific det ails in its development as well as the necessity to increase this proceeding in the relationship between School - Family is also treated. A diagnostic in the situation of the external communication in the educative center, which is the object of this resear ch, is also made. A strategy is fallowed and supported by some specialists.
