The growing paper that has acquired the economic integration in the constant search of a development project and of national self-determination in Latin America, it can be interpreted like one of the roads to try to give answer to the group of challenges that faces the modern world, among them the own challenge of the globalization that although it is not novel, it is significant their generalization and the new features that it shows, adopting the form of Regionalization, also known as New Regionalism. In spite of so many years of search, it has not still been the solution to the general problems of the area, waking up the interest common of these countries, in the search of a definitive solution, figuring again with more acceptance the ideas integrationists type ALBA-TCP that point to relationships international low principles of solidarity, reciprocity, complementarity cooperation and sustentability, that is to say toward a bigger balance and international justness. This differs of the previous pacts, because it goes beyond the commercial exchange and it settles on new values and principles of relationships among the nations and it constitutes a road to face with success the influence of the developed countries. So the objective of this enquiry is to analyze the principals’ characteristics of the Regionalism in Latin America, their evolution and perspectives.
