Resumen
Partiendo de la problemática exis tente del Complejo Hotelero Villa La Granjita - Hostal Mascotte
de no existir una herramienta para traducir y poner en prá ctica la estrategia de acuerdo con las
condiciones actuales del Hotel, con una óptica integral, descentralizada y participativa se
procede a hacer una investigación del marco teórico relacionado con el Cuadro de Mando
Integral y su influencia en la estrategia a nivel mundial y nacional, resultando interés de esta
investigación la aplicación de este renovador modelo considerado u n instrumento que por su
validez se ha ganado su propio lugar dentro de las mejores técnicas y herramientas de la
administración moderna, considerándose factible integrarlo al Sistema de Dirección del Complejo
Hotelero, lo cual constituye el principal aporte del t rabajo.
En tal sentido se hizo necesario realizar una investigación de las características del Hotel y
especialmente de sus mecanismos de dirección, a través de los métodos de encuestas,
entrevistas y la implementación de un procedimiento para determinar l os indicadores del Cuadro
de Mando Integral que se define como completamente íntegro con la implementación de un
Sistema Automatizado para almacenar, informar y evaluar de forma rápida y con fluidez la
información de los indicadores y el CMI en general. E ste novedoso Sistema construido con
avanzadas herramientas informáticas que permiten al software lograr la seguridad, interactividad
y dinamismo en el manejo requerido de los datos, ofrece a los cuadros optar por la tecnología
de la automatización en aras de mejorar los procesos que dan vida al Hotel y perfeccionar el
estilo de trabajo y dirección en el mismo, reflejándose la validez de la propuesta y su aplicación.
Leaving of the existent problem of the Hotel Complex Villa The Fa rm - Inn Mascotte of not existing a tool to translate and to put into practice the agreement strategy with the current conditions of the Hotel, with an integral, decentralized optics and participativa you proceeds to make an investigation of the theoretica l mark related with the Square of Integral Control and their influence in the strategy at world and national level, being interest of this investigation this renovating considered model's application an instrument that for their validity their own place ha s been won inside the best techniques and tools of the modern administration, being considered feasible to integrate it to the System of Address of the Hotel Complex, that which constitutes the main contribution of the work. In such a sense it became necessary to carry out an investigation of the characteristics of the Hotel and especially of their address mechanisms, through the methods of surveys, interviews and the implementation of a procedure to determine the indicators of the Square of Integral Control that he/she is defined as totally entire with the implementation of an Automated System to store, to inform and to evaluate in a quick way and with fluency the information of the indicators and the IMC in general. This novel built System with advanced computer tools that allow to the software to achieve the security, interactividad and dynamism in the required handling of the data, offers to the squares to opt for the technology of the automation for the sake of to improve the processes that give life t o the Hotel and to perfect the work style and address in the same one, being reflected the validity of the proposal and its application.
