Resumen
El presente trabajo de diploma realiza una investigación acerca del estado del sector privado individual de alojamiento turístico en el municipio de Santa Clara y de la necesidad de establecer mecanismos de microfinanciamiento que facilitan su gestión a través de la sistematización de los principales fundamentos teórico-conceptuales del sector privado individual y del microfinanciamiento, tipificando el comportamiento de la gestión del sector de alojamiento privado en Santa Clara y sus vínculos y contribución al desarrollo local del municipio, proponiendo acciones de política en el ámbito del microfinanciamiento que puedan mejorar la gestión de la actividad en el país y el territorio.
The present diploma work carries out a research about the state of the individual private sector of tourist hosting in the municipality of Santa Clara and the necessity to establish mechanisms of microfinancing that facilitate its management through the systematizing of the main theoretical-conceptual foundations of the individual private sector and the microfinancing, typifying the behavior of the management of the sector of private hosting in Santa Clara and their bonds and contribution to the local development of the municipality, proposing politics actions in the environment of the microfinancing that can improve the management of the activity in the country and the territory.
