This work was done in the UEN Group Management "Technological Systems Engineers" division Villa Clara, immersed in a process of strengthening its policy of recovery and recycling, as fulfilling the need to protect the environment through the wise use products, as required by the new guidelines of the economic and social policy of the country. In this regard one of the sources to be exploited and the greatest impact on operational costs and lower import levels by concepts of unnecessary purchases abroad, is the proper use and management of parts and components that remain in good condition, are removed by specific causes in teams, which have defects, or finish their useful life. Depending on the weaknesses identified as part of the investigation and given the importance it attaches to the proper management of these resources, this research proposes a procedure for the design and management of reverse logistics for these products by entering different routes to the system. The main results of the study include the identification of processes that comprise the reverse flow to these resources, distribution planning, as to the route to be followed each by a table of support for the selection of alternative reverse logistics in climate and refrigeration equipment and the integration of the processes identified as a result of maintenance, repair or replacement of defective equipment to direct logistics system, by including reusable material resources to the company's operating system. In research using techniques and tools such as unstructured interviews, and different procedures studied in the course of the race for the justification and validation of information processing.
