Today the incessant and rapid development of tourism and the steady growth of their services lead to this sector will become one of the largest consumers of energy carriers; therefore there is a high need for the implementation of energy efficiency as one of the main ways of reducing and saving energy consumption. The rational use of energy in the hotel sector can be implemented in various processes and equipment where consumption is significant, example is the system generating hot water. In Cayo Santa Maria hotel the hot water system is an indispensable part of the energy consumption of the hotel as this system is distributed throughout all its facilities because it intervenes in most of the services provided, so it is a priority for the policy to achieve lower electricity consumption associated with this system to achieve raise efficiency. This work aims at implementing mathematical modeling system generating hot water from the hotel Cayo Santa Maria, located in the northern coast of the province of Villa Clara, vitally important tool for managers and specialized personnel looking to reduce hotel energy consumption, mainly with technical-organizational and low investment measures and organize the control and management of savings and conservation of energy carriers, identifying the group most favorable to the problems of energy supply technical solutions. It is part of a diagnosis made in Cayo Santa Maria where a history of using the system of hot water generation, which showed the need to provide new tools for efficient use hotel existed. As a result the mathematical model generation system hot water Cayo Santa Maria hotel was obtained. A tool that will allow specialized staff to recommend their leaders making decisions that lead to the efficient use thereof.
