Resumen
La presente investigación desarrolla la propuesta de diseñar un Sistema de Gestión Ambiental para la UEB Derivados de la Empresa Azucarera Cienfuegos, ubicada en el municipio Aguada de Pasajeros y responde a la creciente necesidad de una herramienta que avale la autoridad del centro en el territorio. El objeto social de la unidad es la producción y comercialización de levadura torula, sus derivados y la purificación de CO2. Para la implementación de este sistema se aplicó un diagnóstico ambiental inicial, que ofrece un análisis correcto de la situación existente, evaluando los factores impactados, las acciones impactantes y los impactos provocados como resultados de las actividades que se desarrollan en la Entidad. La metodología utilizada para la evaluación de impactos fue la propuesta por Conesa 2000, como resultado se obtiene que la acción más impactante es la generación de residuales líquidos. Se proponen objetivos, metas y acciones, estructurados en un Programa Ambiental y su análisis inversionista, que contempla las medidas de Producción más Limpia y tratamiento de residuos. La incorporación de la gestión ambiental en los procesos productivos y de servicios de las empresas que aplican el Sistema de Dirección y Gestión se logra en esta investigación. Y se dispone de un Sistema de Gestión Ambiental en la UEB Derivados de la Empresa Azucarera Cienfuegos para lograr producciones más limpias, con evaluación técnico-económica favorable.
The present investigation develops the analysis investor of proposal a System of Environmental Administration for Derived la UEB of the Sugar Company Cienfuegos, located in the Diluted municipality of Passengers and he/she responds to the growing necessity of the existence of a tool that endorses the authority of the center like rector of Environment in the territory cienfueguero, besides perfecting of the entity in this thematic one. The social object of the unit is the production and commercialization of yeast Torula and derived and the purification of CO2. For the installation of this system it was applied a diagnosis or revision environmental initial with the objective of carrying out a correct analysis of the existent situation, evaluating the impacted factors, the actions impactantes and the provoked impacts as a result of the activities that are developed in the entity. The methodology for the used evaluation of impacts was the proposal for Conesa 2000, as a result of this one has that the action more impactante is the generation of residual liquids. Starting from the diagnosis they intend objectives, goals and actions, structured in an Environmental Program that contemplates measures of P +L and of treatment of residuals. The incorporation of environmental steps in the productive and services processes of the companies that apply the directing System and Steps, the purpose to prevent, to reduce has and finally eliminating the negative impacts that these processes cause to the environment, securing the protection and preservation of natural resources that one holds the production of goods and services on. It is proposed for it, having Gestation Ambient AL’s System in the UEB of the Empress Sugar Cienfuegos to achieve more clean productions Derived.
