Resumen
La presente investigación se realizó en el grupo de 4to año de Psicología de la Universidad Central “Marta Abreu” de Las Villas; comprendida en un período de siete meses. El objetivo general del estudio estuvo dirigido a describir las prácticas educomunicativas mediadas por las TIC en el proceso docente del grupo.
La metodología empleada correspondió al enfoque cualitativo, desde el estudio de caso único, logrando la comprensión integral de las vivencias de estudiantes y profesores; desde las interpretaciones de su realidad. El muestreo presentó carácter intencional, dinámico y fásico. Las técnicas utilizadas para la recogida de información fueron: la revisión y análisis de documentos, observación no participante, entrevista grupal y semiestructurada, dinámica grupal así como análisis de contenido.
Las prácticas educomunicativas mediadas por las TIC en el proceso docente, utilizadas estas últimas correctamente, favorecen el desarrollo del modelo educativo centrado en el proceso, la flexibilización de los roles en la relación estudiante-profesor, y a la vez, facilitan el perfeccionamiento de habilidades comunicativas en el docente que se evidencian mediante una comunicación de forma más horizontal.
This research has been done in the 4th year psychology class at the “Marta Abreu” Central University of Las Villas; within a period of 7 months. The general objective of this study was addressed to describe the educommunicative practices mediated by the TICs along the teaching process of the class. The methodology used corresponded to the qualitative approach, from the study of a unique case, having achieved the whole comprehension of students and professors; starting from interpreting their realities. The collection of samples had an intentional, dynamic and phase-made character. The techniques used for gathering information were: reviewing and analysis of documents, non- participant observation, semi-structured group interviewing, group dynamics and also content analysis. Educommunicative practices mediated by TIC during the teaching process, the latter being correctly used, improve the development of the educative models focused in the process, flexibility of roles throughout the student- professor relation, and at the same time, facilitate perfecting the teacher`s communicative skills made evident through a communication in a more horizontal way.
