Resumen
La presente investigación se desarrolló en la Empresa Hotel Los Caneyes con el objetivo de proponer el Manual de Gestión de la Comunicación para dicha empresa, a partir de los resultados obtenidos en el diagnóstico de comunicación. Se utilizó la alternativa metodológica cuantitativa, con un diseño no experimental transeccional descriptivo. La selección de la muestra estuvo basada en un muestreo probabilístico estratificado con el uso de la tómbola y en un muestreo no probabilístico por casos tipo. Para la obtención de la información se utilizaron como instrumentos de recogida de datos: la revisión de documentos oficiales, las observaciones enfocadas, los cuestionarios y las entrevistas semiestructuradas. A partir de los resultados obtenidos, se diseñó la propuesta de Manual de Gestión de la Comunicación para la Empresa Hotel Los Caneyes. Por lo que se recomienda continuar con la implementación del Sistema de Comunicación Empresarial en la empresa, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el Manual de Gestión de la Comunicación.
The present investigation was developed in The Caneyes Hotel Company with the objective of proposing the Manual for Communication Management for this company, starting from the results obtained in the Communication Diagnosis. The quantitative methodological alternative was used with a transectional non experimental descriptive design. The selection of the sample was based on a stratified probabilistic sampling with the use of the tombola and in a probabilistic non sampling for cases type. For the obtaining the information there were carried out as instruments of collection of data: the revision of official documents, the focused observations, the questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. Starting from the results obtained, the proposal Manual for Communication Management was designed for The Caneyes Hotel Company. It is recommended to continue with the implementation of the System of Communication Management in the company, in accordance to what was settled in the Manual for Communication Management.
