Resumen
Dentro del sistema de gestión ocupa un lugar fundamental el sistema de reuniones para la solución de los problemas organizacionales de manera participativa mediante un número amplio y diverso de métodos de análisis y de herramientas de gestión. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general el perfeccionamiento del sistema de reuniones de la UEB Confitera de Caibarién. Se utilizó una metodología cualitativa, valiosa herramienta por la importancia que confiere a la perspectiva del sujeto-objeto de la investigación, y por las posibilidades epistemológicas que ofrece al investigador, a partir de la utilización de métodos de investigación empírica, como la observación científica, la entrevista, la encuesta y el análisis documental los cuales permitieron diagnosticar los problemas que presenta el conjunto de reuniones de la empresa. El trabajo consta de tres capitulo; en el primer capítulo se exponen los fundamentos teóricos que sustentan la propuesta; en el segundo se diagnostica el estado actual de las reuniones en la organización y en el tercer capítulo, la estructuración del modelo del Sistema de reuniones obtenido en la investigación.
Within the management system, the system of meetings for the solution of organizational problems in a participatory manner is a fundamental place through a wide and diverse number of methods of analysis and management tools. The present research has as general objective the improvement of the system of meetings of UEB Confitera de Caibarién. It was used a qualitative methodology, valuable tool for the importance it confers to the perspective of the subject-object of the research and for the epistemological possibilities offered to the researcher, from the use of methods of empirical research, such as scientific observation, interview, survey and documentary analysis which allowed to diagnose the problems presented by the set of meetings of the company. The work consists of three chapters; in the first chapter, the theoretical foundations that support the proposal are exposed; in the second, the status of meetings in the organization is diagnosed and in the third chapter, the structuring of the model of the Meeting System obtained in the research is diagnosed.
