The Cerebral Paralysis is an affection of the Central Nervous System that occurs before, during or after birth, for a lesion or defect in the development of the cerebral centers that constitutes one of the most frequent pathologies, in children that present a motor–physical discapacity. The present investigation starts of the necessity of the increasing of the articulate mobility in the lower members in an adolescent with Cerebral Paralysis integrated to the General Teaching, for what it is stated as scientific problem: How to increase the mobility to articulate the lower members in this adolescent with Cerebral Paralysis, taking into account his individual characteristics? For this it is proposed as objectives to diagnose the physical state of the adolescent, to select the means of the Physical Culture for the treatment of the articulate mobility in the lower members in this adolescent, to apply the selected treatment, at last to value the influence of this treatment.it was used different methods of the theoretical level and others from the empiric level such as analysis of documents, interviews, with the mother of the adolescent, observation of the physical characteristics and of the postures, and measures for goniometrics and pre-experiment like a modality of the experiment. Starting from the results of the diagnosis it is made the proposal of the treatment, organized in three stages and based on Shiatsu, massages and exercises, directed to increase the articulate mobility in the lower members. The influence of the application of the treatment is proven through the goniometric measures that demonstrate the increasing of the articulate mobility in the lower members.
