Procedimiento para la mejora continua del sistema de planificación y control a nivel operativo en la UEB Moncar Centro

Resumen
La presente investigación se realizó en la UEB Moncar Centro, perteneciente a la provincia de Villa Clara. La investigación tiene como objetivo fundamental seleccionar una herramienta para su aplicación en el sistema de planificación y control de la UEB Moncar Centro que identifique las dificultades de dicho sistema, así como su mejoramiento. Para el logro de los objetivos trazados se emplearon técnicas y métodos de la ingeniería industrial, entre los que se destacan encuestas, método de los expertos, coeficiente de concordancia de Kendall, tormenta de ideas, consulta de documentos, empleo de tablas, observación directa, diagrama causa-efecto, entre otras, las cuales facilitan el desarrollo de los objetivos para llevar a cabo esta investigación. La aplicación de estas técnicas permitió identificar los principales problemas relacionados con el sistema de planificación y control. El diseño de los procedimientos en el nivel operativo basados en las características del servicio de reparaciones de montacargas y su aplicación en la empresa objeto de estudio, constituyen el principal resultado obtenido en la realización de la investigación.
The present investigation was carried out in the UEB Moncar Center, belonging to the county of Villa Clara. The investigation has as fundamental objective to select a tool for its application in the system of planning and control of the UEB Moncar Center that identifies the difficulties of this system, as well as its improvement. For the achievement of the objectives layouts they were used technical and methods of the industrial engineering, among those that stand out surveys, the experts' method, coefficient of agreement of Kendall, storm of ideas, consultation of documents, employment of charts, direct observation, diagram cause-effect, among other, which facilitate the development of the objectives to carry out this investigation. The application of these techniques allowed to identify the main problems related with the system of planning and control. The design of the procedures in the operative level based on the characteristics of the service of hoist repairs and their application in the company study object, they constitute the main result obtained in the realization of the investigation.
