Resumen
Dentro de la contaminación ambiental el ruido, aunque es una de las más antiguas ha recibido poca atención. Así mismo, las necesidades de la población han generado en los últimos años un incremento en los niveles de ruido, especialmente por el aumento del tráfico y de las actividades de esparcimiento. Por otra parte, el ahorro de energía también es una prioridad, tanto por la necesidad de reducir costes en la explotación de los centros, como por la aportación que esta reducción de la carga energética hace a la conservación del medio ambiente.
Se pretende en el estudio de iluminación y acústica del Hospital Cardiocentro de Santa Clara ampliar el estudio de este repertorio, así como ajustar los niveles de iluminación hacia una mayor eficiencia y resolver el problema del ruido en sus diferentes espacios. Partiendo de una aproximación e introducción general se identifican en una primera parte, a través de un estudio de repertorio, tanto nacional como internacional, los antecedentes y tendencias actuales sobre iluminación y acústica en tema de hospitales. En un segundo momento se caracteriza el Cardiocentro, caso de estudio de acuerdo a las fuentes emisoras de ruido, pérdida de bienestar, medición de las afectaciones, nivel de iluminación natural y artificial entre otros. Por último, se aplica el software LumenLUX para el cálculo de iluminación y se presentan las recomendaciones en función de la eficiencia energética y las propuestas que responden a los problemas acústicos actuales.
Inside the environmental contamination the noise, although it is one of the oldest he/she has received little attention. Likewise, the population's necessities have generated in the last years an increment in the levels of noise, especially for the increase of the traffic and of the esparcimiento activities. On the other hand, the energy saving is also a priority, so much for the necessity of reducing costs in the exploitation of the centers, like for the contribution that this reduction of the energy load makes to the conservation of the environment. It is sought in the study of illumination and acoustics of the Hospital Cardiocentro of Santa Clara to enlarge the study of this repertoire, as well as to adjust the levels of illumination toward a bigger efficiency and to solve the problem of the noise in their different spaces. Leaving of an approach and general introduction is identified in a first part, through a repertoire study, so much national as international, the antecedents and current tendencies on illumination and acoustics in topic of hospitals. In a second moment the Cardiocentro case of study is characterized according to the sources radio stations of noise, loss of well-being, mensuration of the affectations, level of natural and artificial illumination among others. Lastly, the software LumenLUX is applied for the calculation of illumination and the recommendations are presented in function of the energy efficiency and the proposals that they respond to the current acoustic problems.
