Resumen
El presente trabajo consiste en un análisis estilístico y tipológico sobre las
fachadas eclécticas en la ciudad de Santa Clara. Con este se plantea identificar
las tres etapas del eclecticismo y sus vertientes artísticas en cada vivienda
analizada. Se realiza un estudio de las principales partes de la fachada como el
pretil, cornisa, friso, moldura de vanos, carpintería, herrería y cristalería con el
objetivo de identificar la variedad y su evolución dentro de cada etapa.
Cada capítulo se centrará a una vertiente del eclecticismo, se realizará una breve
descripción de la época enmarcada en la cual se produce y se presentarán
ejemplo de viviendas, cada una de estas será acompañada con fotos de cada
parte analizada.
Se realiza una valoración sobre la composición por módulos de la fachada y se
comparan los elementos actuales y los clásicos con el fin de comprobar si estos
respetan las ordenanzas clásicas.
The present work consists on a stylistic analysis and topologic on the eclectic facades in Santa Clara's city. This work pretends to identify the three stages of the eclecticism and their artistic slopes in each analyzed housing. A study of the main parts of the facade like the railing, cornice, frieze, mold of vain, carpentry, forge and glassware with the objective of identifying the variety and their evolution inside each stage. Each chapter will be centered to a slope of the eclecticism, in this work is carried out a brief description of the time framed in which it takes place and will be presented examples of housings, each one of these it will be accompanied with pictures of each analyzed part. In this study is carried out a valuation on the composition for modules of the facades; and the current elements and the classics are compared with the purpose of checking if these they respect the classic ordinances.
