Resumen
Es de esperar que relacionado con la educación superior en Cuba, se originen un grupo de necesarias transformaciones que le posibilitará enfrentar de manera exitosa, las nuevas misiones y retos que impondrá el desarrollo del país. En este sentido el proceso docente educativo deberá ser desarrollado sobre bases científicas y ser concebido, con enfoque sistémico, todos los aspectos que permitan organizar, planificar, ejecutar y controlar dicho proceso. La investigación propuesta resulta de particular importancia para los estudiantes de la carrera de Ingeniería Industrial en la modalidad semipresencial, pues tuvo como objetivo diseñar el perfil de competencia del egresado de esta carrera con las exigencias de la modalidad semipresencial, se emplearon en el estudio herramientas, métodos y técnicas necesarias para identificar las necesidades, valorarlas y dar soluciones idóneas a los problemas existentes, pretendiéndose sistematizar los procesos de perfeccionamiento de manera que contribuyan al desarrollo de competencias profesionales desde el currículo por objetivos, para lo cual, como principal resultado se logró el perfil de competencias para el egresado de la carrera de Ingeniería Industrial en la modalidad semipresencial, lo cual permitirá alcanzar la eficiencia y eficacia en el proceso docente educativo y la potenciación de las competencias necesarias que debe adquirir el estudiante durante su pregrado que le permitirán ser un mejor profesional una vez graduados.
It is of waiting that related with the superior education in Cuba, originate a group of necessary transformations that will facilitate him to face of successful way, the new missions and challenges that it will impose the development of the country. In this sense the educational process will be developed on scientific bases and to be conceived, with systemic focus, all the aspects that allow to organize, to plan, to execute and to control this process. The proposed investigation is of particular importance for the students of the career of Industrial Engineering in the modality semipresencial, because he/she had as objective to design the profile of competition of the graduated of this career with the demands of the modality semipresencial, they were used in the study tools, methods and technical necessary to identify the necessities, to value them and to give suitable solutions to the existent problems, seeking you to systematize the processes of improvement so that they contribute to the development of professional competitions from the curriculum for objectives, for that which, as main result the profile of competitions was achieved for the graduated of the career of Industrial Engineering in the modality semipresencial, that which will allow to reach the efficiency and effectiveness in the educational process and the potentiation of the necessary competitions that the student should acquire during her pregrade that will allow him to be once a better professional graduate.
