In this paper are study preliminarily the influence of oxygen-ozone levels on the photosynthesis process and primary productivity of phytoplankton. It is consider three atmosphere models as for the O2 – O3 content: 1 PAL, -1 PAL, -2 PAL and ozone layer depletion of 0%, 40% and 80% respect to the normal level in each one of them. It is use model-E of photosynthesis with good capacity of repair the damage produced by ultraviolet radiation (RUV). This model let to evaluate the photosynthesis rate considering the radiation level, as photosyntheticaly active (RFA) as RUV. On the other hand, we will include several modifications to the model of aquatic simulation (CAMS) given by (Amemiya et al 2007) with a view to explicitly model the process of photosynthesis and its dependence on the level and quality of solar radiation.
