Resumen
El trabajo de diploma titulado: “Talleres de Teatro de Títeres para las educadoras en
formación de la Escuela Pedagógica Manuel Ascunce Domenech” surge a partir de
carencias de elementos relacionados con el teatro como herramienta pedagógica en
la formación de los estudiantes de tercer año de la Educación Preescolar
fundamental para su futuro desempeño en el trabajo con los niños; dado por el
insuficiente tratamiento de contenidos relacionados con el teatro dentro de los
programas de estudio, la desmotivación por las actividades artísticas; marcada por
necesidad de espacios para la presentación teatral y de otras manifestaciones. Se
asume el enfoque dialéctico materialista. Dentro de los métodos empleados se
encuentran: del Nivel Teórico: Histórico - Lógico, Inductivo - Deductivo, Analítico –
Sintético y del Nivel empírico: análisis de documentos, observación, encuesta y
entrevista los que permitieron diagnosticar el estado del problema. Los talleres
diseñados se integran a los procesos sustantivos con un enfoque comunitario. La
importancia y actualidad del tema está dada por la utilización de talleres de
apreciación-creación de Teatro de Títeres como material de apoyo en el proceso de
formación de las educadoras de preescolar. La propuesta constituyó un complemento
importante de las asignaturas del currículo base de estas futuras profesionales en el
trabajo con los niños de preescolar.
The diploma work entitled "Puppet Theater Workshops for educators in training at the Pedagogical School Manuel Ascunce Domenech" arises from deficiencies of elements related to the theater as a pedagogical tool in the formation of students of the third year of the Preschool education essential for their future performance in working with children; given the insufficient treatment of contents related to the theater within the study programs, the demotivation for the artistic activities; marked by the need for spaces for theatrical presentation and other events. The dialectical materialist approach is assumed. Among the methods used are: Theoretical Level: Historical -Logical, Inductive - Deductive, Analytical - Synthetic and Empirical Level: analysis of documents, observation, survey and interview that allowed to di agnose the state of the problem. The workshops designed are integrated into the substantive processes with a community approach. The importance and topicality of the theme is given by the use of appreciation workshops -creation of Puppet Theater as support material in the process of training pre-school educators. The proposal was an important complement to the core curriculum subjects of these future professionals in working with preschool children.
