Propuesta de diseño de las redes hidrosanitarias para la rehabilitación del Hotel Florida

Resumen
En este trabajo se realiza el diseño de la infraestructura hidrosanitaria y pluvial en la etapa de ingeniería básica del Hotel Florida, el cual se enfrenta a una remodelación capital la cual solo conserva la fachada exterior. Dentro del diseño intervienen varios elementos como el trazado de las distintas redes con sus accesorios convenientes para los núcleos húmedos de las habitaciones, la evacuación de las aguas residuales de los cuatro niveles y el drenaje pluvial de la cubierta. A partir de la adaptación del hotel para el turismo se realiza el cálculo para el diseño de la cisterna, servicio de agua temperatura ambiente (ATA), servicio de agua caliente (AC) y un sistema de abasto presurizado por un hidropresor. A partir de los cálculos realizados se obtuvo la solución gráfica y escrita para la ejecución de la ingeniería básica del inmueble.
In this work, the design of the hydraulic and pluvial infrastructure is carried out in the basic engineering stage of the Hotel Florida, which faces a capital remodeling which only conserves the exterior façade. Within the design, several elements intervene, such as the layout of the different networks with their convenient accessories for the wet nuclei of the rooms, the evacuation of the residual waters of the four levels and the pluvial drainage of the roof. From the adaptation of the hotel for tourism, the calculation is made for the design of the cistern, water service ambient temperature, hot water service and a pressurized supply system powered by a hydropressor. From the calculations made, the graphic and written solution for the execution of the basic engineering of the building was obtained.
