Resumen
La presente investigación se desarrolla en la Empresa de Servicios Ingenieros Hidráulicos Villa Clara (ESIHVC), con el objetivo de planificar acciones para abordar los riesgos laborales, ambientales y para la calidad, en los procesos que ahí se desarrollan. A partir de la revisión bibliográfica se selecciona una metodología para el diagnóstico que permite la identificación y evaluación de los riesgos de manera apropiada. Se utilizan diferentes métodos y técnicas entre las que se destacan el método de expertos y la utilización de listas de chequeo. Como resultado se propone un plan de acciones que permitirá mitigar los riesgos, cumpliendo además lo que establece la Resolución 60/2011 de la Contraloría General de la República de Cuba, y que da respuesta a los requisitos de planificación de las normas NC-ISO 9001:2015, NC-ISO 14001:2015, NC 18001:2015 para los sistemas de gestión de calidad, medio ambiente y seguridad y salud en el trabajo. Se demuestra a través del criterio de expertos, que todas las acciones que se proponen son apropiadas y que la inversión dirigida a señalizar los desniveles y colocar señales de seguridad donde se requieren, resulta factible de implementar, lo cual contribuye a mitigar la severidad de las alturas, zanjas, y la exposición a los contactos eléctricos en la supervisión y control de obras. El trabajo permite crear las bases para la posterior integración de la gestión ambiental y la gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo al sistema de gestión de calidad existente.
Present it investigation develops in the Hydraulic Engineers Services Company Villa Clara ( ESIHVC ), for the sake of planning actions to discuss the labor, environmental risks and for the quality in the processes, than there they develop . A methodology for the diagnosis that enables the identification and evaluation of the risks of appropriate way is selected as from the bibliographic revision. They utilize different methods and techniques between which experts' method and the utilization of lists of checkup are highlighted. As a result a plan of actions that it will enable proposes mitigating risks itself, doing my job besides that establishes the Resolution 60/2011 of the General Comptrollership of the Republic of Cuba, and that NC gives answer to the requirements of planning of the standards ISO 9001:2015, NC ISO 14001:2015, NC 18001:2015 for the quality management systems, I mediate ambient and certainty and on-the-job health. It is demonstrated through the opinion of experts, than all the actions that are proposed music adapted and than the investment addressed to signposting unevennesses and to place signs of certainty where they require, proves to be feasible of implementing, which contributes to mitigating the severity of the heights, ditches, and the exposition to the electric contacts in supervision and control of works. The work allows making the existent quality management system the bases for the later integration of the environmental step and the step of certainty and on-the-job health.
