For the obtaining of organic alcohol it is done without of the employment of inorganic sources of nutrients and inorganic acids to maintain the pH of the means. The fundamental raw material is the organic molasses, obtained only from the cultivated cane of sugar with natural fertilizer. The present work constitutes a study to scale of laboratory of the obtaining of organic alcohol, with the purpose of studying an alternative technology for its production starting from the organic B molasses coming from the CAI "Carlos Baliño" as raw material. The balances of mass were carried out for a capacity of 250 hL/da
