Resumen
En este trabajo se analizó las posibilidades de producción de biocombustibles a
partir de residuos sólidos de la industria azucarera para este caso fue la
producción de bioetanol a partir de bagazo de caña y biodiesel a partir de
cachaza.
Para la realización de este trabajo se realizó el dimensionamiento de los equipos
fundamentales para cada uno de los procesos y se tomaron los datos técnicos
de la Planta Piloto José Martí para una integración de estos dos procesos
productivos .
Se hizo un análisis de los costos con la variante tecnológica propuesta teniendo
en cuenta las características de la materia prima tratada y los requerimientos del
proceso.
Se pudo comprobar la factibilidad económica a partir de los indicadores
dinámicos de factibilidad empleando el VAN, además se obtuvo resultados
positivos en la posibilidad de realizar una integración de estos procesos
(bioetanol y biodiesel) a la Planta Piloto José Martí.
In this work it was analyzed the possibilities of biofuel production starting from solid residuals of the sugar industry for this case it was the bioethanol production starting from cane trash and biodiesel starting from phlegm. For the realization of this work he/she was carried out the equipment design of the fundamental teams for each one of the processes of and they took the technical data of the Plant I Steer José Martí for an integration of these two productive processes. An analysis of the costs was made with the variant technological proposal keeping in mind the characteristics of the matter it prevails treated and the requirements of the process. It could be proven the economic feasibility starting from the dynamic indicators of feasibility using the VAN; it was also obtained positive results in the possibility of carrying out an integration of these processes (bioethanol and biodiesel) to the Plant I Steer José Martí.
