Expresión cultural en frases del ron cubano: entre el lenguaje especializado y el habla popular

Resumen
El conocimiento humano, expresado en las áreas de ocupación profesional o del saber, forma parte de una concepción compleja de Cultura. El discurso de un campo de actuación profesional se integra en ese conglomerado identitario porque la lengua es también parte de la cultura. Junto a los términos simples, se identifican unidades complejas de sentido unitario que son estudiadas en Terminología por la Fraseología especializada. Para valorar la dimensión cultural de estas unidades, se ha tomado como referencia el campo de la industria del ron, consustancial a la nacionalidad cubana. Se identifican y describen locuciones de carácter especializado al uso en una selección de textos científicos, de divulgación y lexicográficos; y locuciones o frases temáticas, poseedoras de la marca de uso coloquial, extendidas en la variante cubana del español. Se aplicaron métodos de análisis morfosintáctico y léxico-semántico. Se identifican estructuras más frecuentes y su funcionalidad. Se destaca la permeabilidad recíproca entre el ámbito especializado y el popular, al detectar en cada uno unidades pertenecientes al otro.

The discourse of a given field of professional performance integrates to that identity conglomerate, simply because language is a part of culture. Along with the simple terms, complex components with a sense of unity studied within Terminology, as part of the specialized phraseology are identified. To value the cultural dimension of such units, the field of rum industry, inherent to the Cuban nationality, has been taken on this paper as reference. Here are a description of specialized phrases and thematic phrases, from a selection of texts. Specialized expressions in use within the scientific, popularized, as well as lexicographic proses are identified; also expressions or thematic phrases, possessing the trace of colloquial use, extended within the Cuban variety of the Spanish language. The most frequently found structures as well as their functionality are identified. The reciprocal permeability between the specialized and the popular spheres is highlighted, by revealing in one of them units belonging to the other.
