Resumen
La presente investigación constituye un acercamiento a los procesos comunicativos del sector no estatal gastronómico de la ciudad de Santa Clara. Para lograr esta meta, se trazó como objetivo general, caracterizar la comunicación interna de los negocios particulares del sector gastronómico en la ciudad de Santa Clara.
Se utilizó una metodología cuantitativa con un diseño no experimental transeccional descriptivo. La muestra de la investigación se seleccionó según ciertos criterios de selección.
Como instrumentos metodológicos para el estudio, se utilizaron: la revisión de documentos oficiales, la observación no participante y la entrevista semiestructurada. Estos instrumentos permitieron la triangulación de datos y de técnicas.
A partir de los resultados obtenidos, se pudo conocer el estado regulatorio del sector no estatal gastronómico en la ciudad de Santa Clara, así como explorar y determinar el comportamiento y nivel de los procesos de comunicación interna presentes. Se recomienda extender la investigación a todo el sector no estatal.
This research constitutes an approach to the government non-state sectors communicative process of Santa Clara city. To archieving this gold we had as a general objetive to characterizing the intern comunication of the particular businessess of the gastronomic sector in Santa Clara city. It was used a quantitative methodology with a non-experimental transeccional descriptive design. The investigations sample was selectioned according to certain selection criterions. As methodological instruments for the study it was used: the revision of oficial documents, the non-participating observation and the semiestructurated intervew. This instrument allowed the triangulation of documents and techniques. With the results obtained we knew the regulatory state of Santa Clara City, to exploring the behavier of the intern communications process in the non-state gastronomic sector and to decidin the level of intern communication present in the non-state gastronomic sector of Santa Clara City. It recomends to extending the investigation to all of the non-state sector.
