La Realización de la auditoría de mantenimiento en la Unidad Empresarial Básica Pasteurizadora Santa Clara

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Diploma se realizó en la Unidad Empresarial Básica (U.E.B) Pasteurizadora Santa Clara. Muestra la aplicación de un procedimiento que permite la realización de la auditoría de mantenimiento, determinándose los problemas que afectan la gestión del mantenimiento así como la evaluación de dicha gestión. Además, el trabajo contiene un análisis crítico de la literatura especializada y otras fuentes, con vistas a precisar los principales aspectos conceptuales involucrados en la investigación. Se realiza una breve caracterización de los activos fijos, se abordan temas generales sobre la gestión del mantenimiento, así como los sistemas, tipos de mantenimiento, profundizando en los aspectos relacionados con la auditoría de mantenimiento.

The present Diploma Work was carried out in the Basic Managerial Unit (U.E.B) Pasteurizadora Santa Clara. It shows the application of a procedure that allows the realization of the audit of maintenance, determining the problems that affect the administration of the maintenance as well as the evaluation of this administration. Also, the work contains a critical analysis of specialized literature and other sources, with a view specifying the main conceptual aspects involved in the investigation. A brief characterization is carried out of the fixed assets, general topics are approached on the administration of the maintenance, as well as the systems, maintenance types, deepening in the aspects related with the audit of maintenance.
