Resumen
El presente trabajo se realizó en la Universidad Central Marta Abreu de las Villas y se concibe por la necesidad de propiciar a la Dirección de Economía información sobre proyectos y prefinanciamientos en divisas para tomar decisiones, y así brindar a dirigentes, jefes de proyectos, investigadores y especialistas en Contabilidad y Finanzas información financiera para la ejecución de los proyectos.
Para el cumplimiento de los objetivos se estructuró la investigación en tres capítulos:
Capítulo 1: Se refiere a la Ciencia y la Innovación Tecnológica en las universidades cubanas.
Capítulo 2: Aborda la estructura de la Ciencia y la Técnica en la Universidad Central ¨Marta Abreu¨ de las Villas
Capítulo 3: Se expone información de interés par la Dirección de Economía sobre proyectos y programas con financiamiento en divisas.
The present work was carried out in the Central University ¨Marta Abreu¨ of the Villages and it is conceived by the necessity of propitiating to the Address of Economy information it has more than enough projects and financings in foreign currencies to make decisions, and this way to offer to leaders, bosses of projects, investigators and specialists in Accounting and Finances financial information for the execution of the projects. For the execution of the objectives the investigation was structured in three chapters: Chapter 1: He refers to the Science and the Technological Innovation in the Cuban universities. Chapter 2: It approaches the structure of the Science and the Technique in the Central University ¨Marta Abreu¨ of the Villages Chapter 3: Information of even interest the Address of Economy is exposed it has more than enough projects and programs with financing in foreign currencies.
