Resumen
La aplicación de una buena gestión del mantenimiento en la empresa estatal cubana, ha devenido en una de las vías por las que la empresa moderna puede incrementar sus niveles de productividad y competitividad. La Empresa Gráfica de Villa Clara (EGVC) en correspondencia con su tecnología y
características, determinará la organización estructural del sistema de mantenimiento a aplicar, lo que constituye el objeto de la presente investigación. Este trabajo se elabora desde una base conceptual que contiene la definición del mantenimiento industrial hasta el esclarecimiento de sus objetivos, funciones, principios, metas y características de su organización, y establece las premisas que sustenta la validación de un procedimiento para la aplicación del Sistema Alternativo de Mantenimiento
(SAM) en la EGVC, a partir de la caracterización del equipamiento tecnológico instalado con el objetivo de determinar el sistema de mantenimiento a aplicar a cada equipo, así como la organización de cada subsistema de mantenimiento propuesto, dando así solución al problema científico planteado. Esto constituye el resultado principal de esta investigación, y contribuye a la mejora de la gestión del mantenimiento en la empresa.

The Graphic Company of Clear Villa in correspondence with their technology and characteristic it will determine the structural organization of the system of maintenance to apply, the one which constitutes the object of this letter investigation. This work is elaborated from a conceptual base that it contains the definition of the industrial maintenance until the clarification of their objectives, functions, beginnings, goals and characteristic of their organization, and establish the premises that sustain the validation of a procedure for the application of the Alternating System of Maintenance (SAM) in the Graphic Company of Clear Villa, starting from the characterization of the technological equipment installed with the objective of determining the system of maintenance to apply to each team, as well as the organization of each subsistema of nominative maintenance, giving solution to the scientific expounded problem so. This constitutes the principal result of this investigation, and it contributes to the improvement of the administration of the maintenance in the company.
