Resumen
La industria turística actual se enfrenta a un entorno cada vez más cambiante, lo cual
conduce a la necesidad de buscar los instrumentos adecuados que viabilicen la toma
de decisiones oportunas. Esto conlleva evidentemente a que la detección de los
errores cometidos en el proceso de dirección estratégica en las instalaciones
hoteleras se convierta en una variable de análisis indispensable para el mejoramiento
continuo en la gestión. El trabajo titulado: "Auditoría del proceso de dirección
estratégica en el hotel Villa la Granjita" devele el papel de la auditoría de gestión
como un instrumento capaz de llevar a las instalaciones hoteleras a alcanzar un
comportamiento eficiente y eficaz en el manejo de sus recursos y capacidades. Este
trabajo tiene como objetivo efectuar una auditoría de gestión al proceso de dirección
estratégica en su fase de análisis estratégico en el hotel Villa la Granjita. Para ello se
parte del estudio de las características esenciales de la auditoría de gestión, su
relación con el logro de la eficiencia y la eficacia; y se propone, partiendo de una
metodología de auditoría de gestión general, los pasos específicos para desarrollar
este método de control en instalaciones hoteleras. Esta auditoría del proceso de
dirección estratégica en su fase inicial se diseña y aplica para el caso hotel Villa la
Granjita de la Región Central de Cuba la cual permite demostrar la existencia de
deficiencias en este proceso las cuales requieren ser atendidas. Esta investigación
brinda al hotel una herramienta que permite sistemáticamente evaluar la eficacia de
una proceso medular para el mismo como es el análisis estratégico.
The current tourist industry faces a more and more changing environment that which leads to the necessity of looking for the appropriate instruments that made possible the taking of opportune decisions. This bears evidently to that the detection of the errors made in the process of strategic address in the hotel facilities becomes in a variable of indispensable analysis for the continuous improvement in the administration. The titled work: "Audit of the process of strategic address in the hotel Villa la Granjita" to explain the position of the administration audit like an instrument able to take to the hotel facilities to reach an efficient and effective behavior in the handling of their resources and capacities. This work has as objective to make an administration audit to the process of strategic address in its phase of strategic analysis in the hotel Villa la Granjita. For he/she leaves it of the study of the essential characteristics of the administration audit, their relationship with the achievement of the efficiency and the effectiveness; and he/she intends, leaving of a methodology of audit of general administration, the specific steps to develop this control method in hotel facilities. This audit of the process of strategic address in its initial phase is designed and it applies for the case hotel Villa la Granjita of the Central Region of Cuba which allows demonstrating the existence of deficiencies in this process which require to be assisted. This investigation offers to the hotel a tool that allows systematically evaluating the effectiveness of a medullary process for the same one as it is the strategic analysis.
