Resumen
La estudiosa cubana sobre la comunicación organizacional, Irene Trelles, ha dejado claro
que esta “centra su atención en el análisis, diagnóstico, organización y perfeccionamiento
de las complejas variables que conforman los procesos comunicativos en las
instituciones, a fin de mejorar la interrelación entre sus miembros, y entre estos y el
público externo; fortalecer la identidad y mejorar el desempeño de las identidades”. El
presente estudio se dedica a caracterizar la comunicación externa en la Facultad de
Psicología de la UCLV. El tema por su novedad merece su atención.
Para la obtención de este objetivo se trabajó con los públicos internos y externos de la
facultad en sus mismos contextos físicos entre los meses de marzo y mayo del presente
año 2009. Con la aplicación de los métodos del nivel teórico: Analítico-Sintético, Inductivo-
Deductivo y Generalización. Del nivel empírico: Análisis de documentos, encuesta,
entrevista, observación. De nivel matemático: Análisis porcentual.
El diagnóstico resultado de la investigación se organiza en debilidades y potencialidades
de la comunicación. Las potencialidades se agrupan en: logro de compromisos,
motivación por las organizaciones de mantener la comunicación, servicios evaluados de
buenos. Las deficiencias se agrupan en: no existen documentos rectores de la
comunicación de la facultad, los públicos internos necesitan superarse en gestión de la
comunicación, la retroalimentación es deficiente, falta de control en las prácticas
laborales.
Como conclusión generalizadora, las sugerencias ofrecidas contrarrestan las debilidades
constatadas en el diagnóstico y ayudará a la elaboración del manual de gestión de la
comunicación de la facultad.
The Cuban investigator, Irene Trelles, on the organizational communication has left clear that this "it centers its attention in the analysis, diagnostic, organization and improvement of the complex variables that conform the talkative processes in the institutions, in order to improve the interrelation among its members, and between these and the external public; to strengthen the identity and to improve the acting of the identities". The present study is devoted to characterize the external communication in the Ability of Psychology of the UCLV. The topic for their novelty deserves its attention. For the obtaining of this objective one worked with the internal and external publics in their same physical contexts between the months of March and May of the present year 2009. With the application of the methods of the theoretical level: Analytic-synthetic, Inductivedeductive and Generalization. Of the empiric level: Analysis of documents, interviews, he/she interviews, observation. Of mathematical level: Percentage analysis. The diagnosis result of the investigation is organized in weaknesses and potentialities of the communication. The potentialities group in: achievement of commitments, motivation for the organizations of maintaining the communication, evaluated services of good. The deficiencies group in: documents rectors of the communication of the ability don't exist, the internal publics need to be overcome in administration of the communication, the feedback is faulty, control lack in the labor practices. As generalizing conclusion, the offered suggestions counteract the weaknesses verified in the diagnosis and he/she will help to the elaboration of the manual of administration of the communication of the ability.
