García Depestre, René AntonioDávila Medina, LauraGonzález Hernández, Marileidy2019-10-212019-10-212019-06https://dspace.uclv.edu.cu/handle/123456789/11667En el presente trabajo de diploma se realiza un estudio de la problemática del estacionamiento en la zona de transición del centro histórico urbano de la ciudad de Santa Clara, Villa Clara a solicitud del Centro Provincial de Ingeniería de Tránsito y la Comisión Provincial de Seguridad Vial. Para ello se recopila información que comprende datos estadísticos y técnicos, tales como: longitud de la entrecalle, ancho de calzada, sentido de circulación, señales del tránsito y entidades generadoras; posteriormente se aplica la metodología establecida con anterioridad y mejorada, luego de incorporarle el análisis de los resultados para contribuir a la solución de los problemas que se detecten, además se determinan los problemas existentes según los documentos normativos. Como resultado final se obtiene la oferta y demanda de estacionamiento en cada cuadra y en general de la zona, para proponer medidas encaminadas a solucionar o atenuar la problemática del estacionamiento vehicular en la zona de estudio, que implican la modificación de las características del tránsito y de control.Presently diploma work is carried out a study of the problem of the parking in the area of transition of the urban historical center of Santa Clara's city, Villa Clara as request of the Provincial Center of Engineering of Traffic and the Provincial Commission of Road Safety. The information gathered include statistical and technical data, such as: longitude of the among street, wide of roadway, circulation sense, signs of the traffic and generating entities; at a later time, the established methodology is applied previously and improved, after incorporating the analysis of the results to contribute to the solution of the problems that are detected, the existent problems are determined according to the normative documents.
