Debido a la crisis epidemiológica actual que afecta al país y al resto del mundo, unido al gran número de áreas que comprende la Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Cuba S.A. (ETECSA) se propone implementar una aplicación que le permita gestionar efectivamente los planteamientos realizados por sus trabajadores y a su vez minimizar el tiempo de respuesta que se les da a los mismos. La aplicación es implementada mediante el uso de diferentes tecnologías actuales como Django, Bootstrap, Celery, Redis, Docker, Nginx, Gunicorn y MariaDB; está basada en una arquitectura Cliente/Servidor guiada por el patrón arquitectónico Modelo Vista Controlador (MVC), asegurando de este modo su flexibilidad y extensibilidad.The main objective of a good human resource management is to align the objectives of the company with those of the people who work in it, always ensuring that the company achieves its objectives while ensuring the well-being of all workers.
